Learn Japanese through Dialogues (8 eBook bundle)

The actual content is good, but it is very bland and not as engaging as I would like. Very boring presentation and visuals make it seem more like a chore... like having to read a long drawn out contract. Every time I try to use their books I get easily distracted and can't continue. I really wish it was more engaging and fun.

I haven't had the time to look it over. I purchased it in advance for when I had time to peruse it. I have 4500 books on Japanese in my library.

Easy to download and access

Reading, vocab, and oral comprehension built into one. And, you address Kanji head on. Wish I had a similar resource when starting Chinese and Korean. Would have saved oodles of time and frustration. teaches real, contemporary Japanese., too. Could not be more satisfied. Five Stars.

The dialogue format is great for learning piece by piece, short but filled with expression ranging for simple to more complex expressions all accompanied with insights of japanesse culture and grammar bits to better understand the language in a broader way. On top of it, the audio files to practice hearing and pronunciation. The variety of options on how to work with the material is very appreciated too. I find some of the more complex lines of dialogue a little to fast for me but is part of the challenge and I find a little weird the change of audio files are handled on the 2nd book being the only one with extra information but very appreciated all the same!

These are just awesome for a newbie trying to get started and improve quickly!

I've bought the bundle and it is really impressive, each word or expression is well-explained, they are easy to understand. Besides the quality of the content, I want to highlight that they provide different ebook formats, such as mobi, epub and pdf, so you can read the ebooks on mobile or on desktop, which is helpful. The audios are excellent and clear.

I like how each of the dialogues is broken down line by line. The price is excellent, and I received my order immediately via email.

Plenty of useful everyday dialogue with some more advanced but still useful words mixed. The audio is not too fast and good quality. The grammer is varied and the grammer explanations are detailed but not too lengthy.

Useful dialogues for beginner to intermediate learning. I like how the explanation is simple and easy to follow. I like there is always little hiragana written for all the kanji, to improve reading and recognising the kanji.
Once I completed the dialogues Bundle, it is likely I will go for other bundle. It is so much fun learning Japanese this way in my own pace.

I especially value the care taken to explain words and expressions in context. It’s like having an insider whispering in your ear during a daily conversation. I love that new and directly applicable vocabulary is supplied in kanji form, with hiragana that enables us to immediately learn while reinforcing our understanding of kanji and kana alike. I look forward to starting each new dialogue, knowing that I’ll learn something new and useful.

Firstly, I'm glad the dialogues feel like conversations I would actually have. That makes it so much easier to relate to and remember.

Secondly, the explanations about appropriate politeness level are really helpful and put the different ways of saying things in context. I also like that the books tell you if a word or phrase is very common.

Last but definitely not least, I am impressed by the quality of these books. This isn't the first bundle by Clay & Yumi Boutwell that I've purchased and I will certainly buy more in the future. The content is consistently great. Even the files are well thought out with three different formats included for each book.

Great set of books for beginning Japanese learners. Having running gloss and audio files of the stories in normal and slow speed are awesome. Looking forward to more books to be released. Excellent material in both the PDF's and mp3's. Love the large fonts for the Kanji, makes recognition practice much easier.

The mp3s and ebooks of the dialogues are very helpful. The speakers voices are clear and distinct allowing you easily recognise the Japanese words you're familiar with.
