Product Details

This continues where the Dictionary of Basic Japanese Grammar leaves off. Unlike the Basic Dictionary, this volume contains furigana instead of romaji. This book takes important grammatical points and lists them in easy to find alphabetical order. The explanations and examples are superb. It covers each grammatical point's various meanings in a clear-cut and orderly way. Great for reference as well as for going straight through.

The Dictionary of Basic/Intermediate/Advanced is an indespensible set for anyone studying Japanese.

Any time that I have trouble with a point in a textbook, or come across some unknown grammar outside of a textbook, I can quickly look it up in here.

It has clear, easy to understand explanations, as well as plenty of examples of the different uses, and lists similar grammar. The best part perhaps, is that it slao lists incorrect use of the grammar to stop you from making those mistakes ahead of time.

Any serious Japanese student would benefit from having this series on his or her shelf.
